The Tourism tax required by the City Council (FROM THE 01/07/2012), for our category (Farm Holidays Ostuni) is Euro 1,00 per person per night. Children up to 12 yars old have not to pay that tax.
50% off for the Tourism Tax in the period from 1° October till 31 March (low season).
Accommodation in Masseria: we offer hospitality in DOUBLE ROOM, classic and superior (visit the following LINK for more INFORMATION). While for Family with children we offer hospitality in Monolocale Apartment for 2/3 persons, in Bilocale Apartment for 4/5 persons, and in Suite Aranceto for 4 person.
Children discount: from 0 up to 2 years old are free sharing parent’s bed, meals (breakfast and dinner) not included; Baby Forfait (baby cot, breakfast and one course menu) Euro 25,00 per day; or baby cot rent/extra bed: Euro 10,00;
from 3 up to 10 years old have a discount of 40% (in case of min 2 children from 3 up to 10, 50% off)
3rd and 4th adult bed: 20% of discount
Rate includes: Daily cleaning of the room, bed sheets and towels, Use of swimming-pools, Mountain-bikes, Beach-umbrella, Internal unattended car park, Free WiFi access.
